BOARDING FEES
$925.00- Monthly Boarding Fees*
$1100.00– Seasonal Board (Nov through April. Come in before November 1st and pay $925 per month!)
1575.00 – Full Service
Please note there is an additional $5.00 fan fee per horse for the summer months (individual fans are prohibited, barn will provide exhaust fans)
TRAILER STORAGE FEES
$35 – Per Month for Single Horse Trailer

LESSONS
$45.00 - 30-minute private instruction
$80.00 - 60-minute private instruction
$60.00 - 60-minute semi-private instruction (ability to walk, trot, and some canter required)

LESSON PLAN PACKAGE
$243.00 for six (6) ½ hour private instruction
Safety helmets are required.
RING FEES
$15.00 For outside trainer with Island Hills Stable boarder

No lunging permitted in outdoor or indoor ring
A Coggins Test certificate must be provide for each horse
